The Passport To Flavor Game is open only to legal residents of the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of September 1, 2008.
Goya Foods, Inc. (the ”Sponsor“), Marketing Visions, Inc. (the ”Administrator“), their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, "Game Piece" print companies, suppliers (collectively, the ”Game Entities“), their respective employees, officers and directors and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, officer or director (whether or not related) are not eligible.
Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Game.
Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
